Who we are
The App is provided, operated, and developed by LegalCraft Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Level 3, Nirvanaz, Road No 36, Jeep Showroom Building, Near Jubilee Hills Checkpost, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad 500 033. The App is built on the Converse platform and serves the community of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham. We are the party responsible for your personal data under applicable Indian law.

1. Information We Collect
To create and manage your account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and profile information. When you use community features, we collect the content you voluntarily submit such as posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, audio recordings, files and event information.
We also collect technical information including your application version, language preferences, network status, usage logs and push notification token to help operate, maintain and secure the application.

Information shared within the community is limited to the content and profile details you choose to make visible.

Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the security of the application. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

You may access or update your profile information within the application. You can manage permissions and notifications through your device settings. You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal information using the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting our support team.

The application is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is identified, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
